How do I place an order?
You can order on-line, using this secure website, or if you have any questions before you place your order, or you’d rather speak to us in person, please see our contact page.

I’m not in the UK, can I buy from you?
Yes, we sell our products all over the world. 

Do you have any items that aren’t on your website?
In general, no, but we’re constantly working on new items in house. If you can’t find something that you need, please feel free to contact us.

I’m a Trader/Restorer, do you offer trade discounts?
We only sell to Trade customers, so this allows us to offer the best and most competitive prices. Discounts are automatically applied to your account. Once you are logged in, the price you see if the price you’ll pay.

What payment methods do you accept? Can I pay by Bank Transfer?
Bank Transfer is our preferred method of payment. Other payment methods can be accepted at our discretion. Please contact us if you need to pay by a method other than Bank Transfer.

What is your policy on refunds or returns?

Do you share email addresses or other contact information with third parties?
In a word, ‘No’.  We treat all information provided by our customers with the utmost care and respect.  The only exception is providing information to couriers etc necessary to complete the delivery of your order.  Please see our ‘Privacy Policy’ for full details.
